That bear pic made me feel nervous 🤣 And, as always, you spoke to something I’ve felt and thought about. We’ve internalised conditioning around timelines of when things happen. I remember being like ‘Jaysus, it took seventeen years for me to get a book deal. Onwards and upwards from here.’ Like a fairy-tale ending, the overdue recognition. And that’s totally not what happened. So far from it 🤣 Of course, good things have happened, but I realise I had a bit of big moment of being ‘rescued’, look at me now kind of thing. And it’s been good to get this eye opener because I get to chart a new path minus all the bullshit.
