Love this series!
I think my business would say something to the effect of... "What is this about? Where are we going? You like to work on whatever you're excited about, and that's cool, but maybe some strategy would be nice too?"
Mine would say "good job us on finally cracking serious growth and traction after 8 looooong years of grinding it out. But please please don't burden me with all your hopes and your whole identity. I'm not a strong enough basket for all your eggs. Let's spread that risk around a bit maybe?"
