They say be careful what you wish for. . . maybe that’s why I default to just one wish: for the highest good to unfold for all involved.
Still, that wasn’t enough to stop my latest crash-and-burn(out).
Allow me to introduce Bob the Neck Throb, who showed up halfway through a recent intense two-month work sprint. I knew the throbbing in my neck and shoulders was a signal that I was juggling too much, but I (wrongly) thought I could power through. Note: this is the first in a four-part series of paid posts. Rolling in Doh is a mostly paid publication. This allows me to keep more sensitive information about my business private and provides psychological safety to share more openly, knowing the intimate details of my life aren’t Google-searchable, especially when they are relatively recent. I invite you to upgrade your subscription to read further; if not, there are plenty of open posts in the archives!
